The Senior Project Manager manages and supports social media, experiential marketing, video, and digital marketing projects from conception to development and implementation in a high volume environment utilizing project management best practices, a custom task and resource management system and internal processes, ensuring the integrated elements of all projects come together on time, on budget and meet leadership expectations.

Qualifications

6+ years Experience in project management. (Required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting brand marketing, event marketing and social media marketing teams as well as working with internal and external creative teams and vendors. (Required)
- 6+ years Experience in an agency setting or in a high volume large organization working in event, social and digital production. (Required)
- Demonstrated expertise and advance knowledge in design, social and video and production workflows in a marketing environment. (Required)
- Demonstrated strong project management experience including ability to independently prioritize and track complex, competing schedules; proactively anticipate and complete tasks; and self-initiate programs. Analytical skills to administer all aspects of a project and initiate program activities independently. (Required)

Demonstrated follow-through skills and ability to meet deadlines while juggling a high volume of complex projects simultaneously - often in various stages of development. (Required)

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to monitor project work flow and follow-through on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment from project start to completion. (Required)

Familiarity with project management tools and ticket systems including Basecamp, Wrike and Jira; skilled in creating and developing workflow processes including waterfall and agile. (Required)

Strong understanding of social media, brand campaign development, and experiential marketing project components: events and production schedules, paid media, creative briefs, and the making of and delivery of social content. (Required)

Knowledge of brand marketing, social media marketing, event marketing and general creative development process. Knowledge of social media advertising across platforms, specifically A/B testing, ad types and options, and measurement. (Required)
