Sales Associate/Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate/Sales Manager is responsible to provide sales support to our customers. You will assist our sales team with developing sales and pricing plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relations
- Maintaining client records
- Managing the sales funnel
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Able to quickly develop a deep knowledge of our business product offering and value proposition
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values
- Master our pricing schedules for quotes and promotions
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to the MSE Sales Team a limited number of prospective clients
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Answering client questions about terms, products, and fees
- Other sales and administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related fields, desired
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Self-motivated, self-managed, punctual, and professional demeanor
Non-technical aptitude
- Team Player
- Effective communication skills - verbal, written, listening, and conflict resolution
- Thorough and efficient attention to detail – accuracy and organization
- Ability to effectively multi-task – motivated self-driver preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
