High Country Auto Parts is a new auto-parts store in Sapphire, NC. We have helpful and knowledgeable employees who love assisting customers!
What You’ll Do:
- Promote Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety for yourself and others at all times. Exercise good judgment in all workplace activities.
- Parts delivery. Making sure that parts are delivered to customers in a safe and timely fashion.
- Front Counter. Responsible for checking out customers as well as helping customers in-store and over the phone.
- Inter-Company Parts. Assist in finding and pulling parts for inter-company use.
- Stock inventory.
- Customer Service. Ensure all customers' needs are met in a polite and courteous manner for a positive customer experience throughout all interactions with the store and employees.
- Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Skills You’ll Need:
- Experience. Automotive parts background is highly preferred, (as is knowledge/experience with heavy duty parts).
- Knowledge of Best Practices. Knowledge of general principles and practices of operating and servicing automotive and heavy duty vehicles is preferred. Knowledge of best practices for retail store management is preferred.
- Computer Skills. Basic knowledge and ability to use a computer is required.
- Flexibility. Must be willing to work extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
- Drug Testing. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Driving skills. Ability to safely drive company vehicle. Must have clean driving record.
- Bilingual (Spanish) Highly Preferred.
