Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with proofreading and editing various types of written materials
- Provide personal assistant support to executives and managers as needed
- Enter and maintain accurate data in order entry systems or databases
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important information
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to create and edit documents
- Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and experience with QuickBooks is a plus
