NEXT LEVEL VALET PARKING is looking to partner with the right individual. We manage some of the highest paced and luxurious accounts in the city. We are looking for a skilled VALET CAPTAIN/ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our dynamic team and help deliver the best services in WACO.
The VALET CAPTAIN/ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER are responsible for assisting with the greeting and professional customer service interactions with all guests, always with a smile. This position requires the joy of helping others while being part of a great team. Efficiently parking guest vehicles is only the beginning. The VALET CAPTAIN/ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER is the Account Managers “right hand man”. From helping with the coordinating of the valets on site, to opening or closing a shift. This position is required to know the account just as well as the Account Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist the account manager with the tasks required at the location.
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of vehicles clean and organized, with a smile on your face!
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest upon arrival and departure of the establishment with a smile, eye contact, a friendly verbal greeting.
- Greet all customers by last name (Mr. / Ms.), take care of their needs and develop a rapport with each person who approaches the podium.
- Always thanking the guest for utilizing our services.
- Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure.
- Assist all guests with items to and from their vehicle as necessary or requested.
- Make sure all keys are always accounted for.
- Provide each customer with a valet or and share the retrieval process with them.
- Park and retrieve all vehicles in an urgent, yet safe manner. This means carefully, efficiently, following all necessary routes and in the best way possible to do so without damaging a vehicle.
- Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
- Promote Next Level positive customer relations at ALL times. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive and timely manner. Smile, go above and beyond and they will love NLVP from start to finish.
- Report work related accidents, or injuries immediately upon occurrence to NLVP management or supervisors.
- Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment.
- Maintain awareness of suspicious persons on property premises.
- Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
- Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
- Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- Ensure the security of vehicles and their keys.
- Remain at assigned posts while not parking vehicles.
- Retrieve guest vehicle keys from secured location and retrieve the guest's vehicle from the parking facility, following departmental procedures.
- Release vehicle to the guest upon proper authorization of claim tickets. Open vehicle doors, assist guests in the vehicle and close doors.
- Claim prevention.
- Outgoing, Personable and Courteous Personality.
- Able to jog short distances for an 8-10 Hour Shift.
- Leadership, being able to lead and help lead a team of valets.
Minimum Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 19 years of age with a valid Driver's License to apply.
- 6 months - 1 year equivalent valet experience
- High School Graduate
- A personal drive
- A valid driver’s license
