We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting executive management with administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, project coordination, and a basic understanding of measurements and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executive management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met
- Follow up with vendors and clients regarding project updates, inquiries, and issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and status reports
- Generate regular reports on project progress and performance
- Understand and interpret measurements and blueprints
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to understand and interpret measurements and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and clients is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment
