JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring an Assistant Office assistant to help with administrative duties the Office Manager. Applicant should be willing to help with a variety of and have a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks. The Assistant will work closely with our office manager, buyers and store manager. Must have a can do attitude to accomplish tasks.
Some responsibilities include data entry, organizing, filing, vendor communications, payroll, under the guidance of the Manager. The position requires strong organizational skills and applicants must be detail-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior office experience preferred , but willing to train the right candidate.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Diligence and strong work ethic
- Proven phone skills.
- Ability to complete tasks quickly under pressure
- Ability to work well as a team member, accept constructive feedback, and follow directions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Helpful experience:
- Administrative/Office experience
- Managerial
- Aptitude and willingness to learn several computer programs
- experience with Microsoft Office products
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
