1. Develop and maintain company structure file and employee files
2. Assist with the recruitment and new hire onborading processes
3. Manage company paperwork including all license management
4. Maintain all HR records including cloking information and paid day off tracking
5. Calculate hours for hourly pay employee and prepare payrolls twice a month
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
7. Supervise company vehicles, key cards, and all office supplies, etc.
8. Other works assigned by HR Manager and CEO
Mandarin speaker prefered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
