About the organization and the position:
- The position reports to the CEO of the organization
- The Extended Care-Skilled Nursing facility has 42 beds and is a division of the Critical Access Hosptial
- Currently 33 residents, with a goal of 40 residents in 2024
- No memory care unit
- The average length of stay is 2.5 years
- 80 team members reporting to the position
- Reporting team members include RN and LVN employees, 2 RN Resident Care Managers, one activities manager, a Resident Services Manager and a Staff Development Coordinator
Candidate Qualifications:
- Current RN license (Washington state joined the Nurse Licensure Compact in 2023)
- BSN preferred or the ability to complete within one year of hire
- Seven+ years of RN experience
- Five years in Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Hospice or LTAC preferred
- 2+ years of Skilled Nursing leadership experience
