RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for all facets of project management including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout, for multiple concurrent projects.
- Assist with site due diligence (legal, environmental, geotechnical, market analysis)
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, lenders, city officials and others
- Manage the entitlement process
- Creation and maintenance of the project budget and master schedule
- Lead regular OAC meetings
- Oversee construction draws/pay applications
- Drive both internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines as required to meet project schedule
- Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, progress, and estimates
- Assist with project transition from construction to operations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or other related degree.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related field
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results-driven environment
- Capable of managing projects up to $50 million
- Multi-family experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with focus on planning, execution and follow-up
- Strong analytical skills; works well under pressure
- The ability to interact professionally and communicate effectively with others
- To maintain an energetic and positive attitude
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
