You Are:
UST Healthproof is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Senior Technical Writer who is responsible for the development and documentation of policies and procedures, training materials, product end user materials and business process improvement initiatives of UST HealthProof customers. The Sr. Technical Writer will develop, implement, and manage HealthRules Payor (HRP) standard operating procedures for Healthproof customers who have or are in the process of implementing HealthRules Payor applications. Work collaboratively to facilitate the design, development and implementation of policies, procedures and practices related to business operations using HRP.
The Opportunity:
- Help clients define their process workflows surrounding processing healthcare transactions.
- Deliver recommendations to clients after analyzing the HRP business/technology ecosystem of the client.
- Identify best practices for HRP-related workflow and business processes.
- Recommend documentation templates, reusable assets etc. as required.
- Produce HRP documentation, process mapping, training and standard operating procedures and desk level job aids.
- Engage with client stakeholders during operational engagements.
- Develop UST HealthProof’s Brand with the client.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of overall experience in business requirement, training, project management, and system/process documentation.
- Minimum of five years of hands-on experience with technical writing and end user material documentation.
o The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o The ability to understand speak technology.
o Ability to gel with the team well and build a self-organized and highly energetic team.
- Overall Experience level: 8+ years of operational management and/or Project Manager experience.
- Experience in business requirement definition, training, project management, and HRP system/process implementation.
- Management consulting and health plan operations experience preferred.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $64,000-$110,000
