Agave Bandido, a South Florida inspired full service Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar, is opening it's first location in Georgia and is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual be the General Manager. This position will be tasked in maintaining the most excellent level of service and providing an exciting environment for our guests!

Agave Bandido General Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or concerns
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Collaborate with the executive management team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new employees
- Assist in employee orientation and training development programs
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and market competition to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
-Must have at least three years experience as General Manager at a high volume, full service restaurant. Must have experience in the Bar, Back of House, and Front of House operations.
-Must have experience with inventory controls, ordering, scheduling, guest experience, hiring/ firing, training, cleanliness, and more.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Training: If hired for this position, must be able to go to Pembroke Pines, Florida for four weeks to train at our home (first) location.
Bonus Opportunities: Bonus opportunities will be offered and achieved based on Cost of Good Reports as well as Labor and Net Profit goals. Expectation is this role could earn $15,000-$45,000 annually in bonuses.
