We’ve created an exceptional compensation package, based on an aggressive hourly pay rate plus commission. As a Client Representative Specialist, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to customers via outbound calls and emails to offer personalized support and assistance.

Responsibilities:
· Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, offering friendly assistance and support tailored to their individual needs.
· Efficiently manage inbound calls, providing detailed information and assistance to clients
· Provide hands-on and personalized support to our clients throughout various processes, ensuring they feel guided and supported every step of the way.
· Assist clients with a variety of tasks, such as collecting digital signatures (DocuSign), collecting relevant documentation, and facilitating communication between clients and our support teams.
· Keep the lines of communication open with clients, promptly responding to inquiries and providing updates via phone and email.
· Maintain meticulous organization and diligence in tracking each client's progress, ensuring a clear understanding of their current status within the process. This entails conducting regular checks of status updates and communicating effectively to clients, providing them with timely information and reassurance throughout their application process.
· Build valuable relationships through understanding customer needs and preferences, while representing the brand with the utmost integrity.
· Approach all interactions with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help meet the client's needs.
· Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient support system for our clients.
· Pay close attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and regulations.
· Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Be an expert on our services to best support our clients.
· Available to work a flexible schedule between 9:30 am-6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, so you can be there when our clients need us.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Confidence in handling customer inquiries effectively.
· Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined, and honest approach.
· Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude.
· Ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, tactfulness, and diplomacy.
· A positive attitude with a strong desire to further the goals of the department and company will be noticed quickly!
