Fidelity Payment Services is currently looking for a motivated Bookkeeper who will handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner. In this position you will also manage the general ledger, categorize, and track expenses, check financial statements for accuracy, and perform many other essential financial transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain accounting records

Manage all aspects of the general ledger

Categorize and track expenses

Create and check financial statements for accuracy

Reconcile bank accounts and perform account analysis on assets and liability accounts

Handle bank and petty cash entry and reconciliation

Manage credit card statements entry and reconciliation
-
Handle Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable

Run custom reports that provide business analysis. These reports include account balances, profit and loss figures, etc., and for specific projects
Requirements and Qualifications:

Knowledge of computer-based spreadsheets and reporting; Netsuite and Excel highly preferred.

Must be able to prioritize work to meet scheduled deadlines while handling multiple tasks Should have strong organization and be detail oriented

Should have a good understanding of accounting software

Good verbal and written communication skills
