- Be the face of the resort and always offer courteous and professional service for internal and external guests.
- Maintains a working knowledge of water, electric and sewer systems at the resort.
- Special focus on preventative maintenance
- Maintains a Certified Pool Operator license.
- Assists in all facets of repair and maintenance.
- Assists in systems analysis and testing.
- Maintains active involvement in Safety programs and training.
- Assists the department to assist and troubleshoot service calls.
- In off-season assists department with projects and maintenance
- Follow all Point Sebago operational and safety procedures.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Position requires plumbing/electrical experience.
- Must have clean driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
- Must be able to lift fifty pounds on a regular basis and able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- May occasionally be called in after hours to help manage utilities emergencies.
- Must be detail oriented person able to work independently and as a team member.
- Weekend work required in the season.
- Must be able to work on-call shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work individually without heavy management
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge of water and sewer systems
