The Payroll Specialist & HR Assistant is the principal manager of WCI’s payroll systems and the bi-weekly processing of payroll and has responsibility for an assortment of administrative tasks within the HR department.
· Oversee the processing of bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and eTime
· Customer service for all payroll-related matters
· Payroll training for new managers
· Vendor payments
· Employee management in ADP – add new employees, changes of status, terminations
· Payroll metrics and payroll reports
· Assorted administrative tasks
Requirements
· Four-year degree preferred – business, accounting, human resources
· Curious, detailed-focused, solution-oriented person with ADP experience preferred
