We are currently looking to fill an opening for an EXPERIENCED RESIDENT MANAGER in Bermuda Dunes.
The resident manager is responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining value and quality in the community by evaluating and reporting issues on the property.
This position will supervise and work together with an on-site maintenance technician to perform daily operations and maintenance of the apartment complex.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task.
· Assessing and troubleshooting/ Problem solving.
· Leasing/ Marketing/ Resident Retention.
· Application Process
· Answering Phones
· Scheduling Showing with prospective tenants.
· Collect & deposit monthly rent, and security deposits.
· Follow proper procedures for serving notices.
· Complete the move-in and move-out process including inspections.
· Schedule and work with maintenance technicians.
· Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws, and safety.
· Handle after-hour emergency calls when necessary.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
· Previous Apartment Management Experience
· Strong customer service background and organizational skills
· Friendly and professional demeanor.
· Ability to multi-task.
· A willingness to take direction and work independently and in a team environment.
· Must have a positive, upbeat attitude.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must live on site.
· Prior apartment management experience is a must.
· A work record of good attendance and punctuality.

COMPENSATION:
Includes 2-bedroom / 2-bath apartment + $18-20 based on experience.
