About the Role
DGA Security is currently hiring in our Customer Care department. Our team works with existing customers, providing the highest level of customer service available in our industry.
You will begin your career at DGA Security by going through our extensive training program. This is a 6-week paid training program.
Our training schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Once your training is complete, you will be assigned 5 consecutive workdays on an available shift.
(2 Positions Available) - 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Both shifts will include Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular schedule.
What you Will Be Doing:

Communicate effectively with clients to relay information and collect data

Dispatch DGA Security Technicians and Response Agents, as well as emergency services when necessary

Update system information and document activity accurately

Handle all inbound customer requests in a timely manner

Perform additional functions and/or work on special projects that may be assigned at the discretion of management
Requirements:
Desired Qualifications:

2+ year experience in a similar role (Customer Service/Inbound call center preferred)

Experience working in database systems (i.e. Salesforce or another CRM)

Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced service environment

Effective communication and organizational skills

Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team

High school diploma or GED required
