Job Overview:
As a Sforzando Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection and purchasing process. You will leverage your expertise in high-value sales and client relations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales of our luxury flooring products. Ideal candidates will have an established book of clients and experience in nurturing long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their flooring needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Sforzando Coating & Design’s luxury flooring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Utilize your existing client book to generate leads and sales.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with the expectation to sell more than one floor per month.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably in real estate, home design, flooring, or related industries.
- Established book of clients and experience in maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-end experiences.
- Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of our flooring products.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
Commission Structure:
- Base Salary: Competitive
- Commission: Starting at 2% for sales up to $125,000
- Commission increases to 3% for sales between $125,001 and $250,000
- Commission increases to 3.5% for sales exceeding $250,000
Example Earnings:
- A sale of $125,000 will yield a commission of $2,500 at 2%.
- A sale of $250,000 will yield a commission of $7,500 at 3%.
- A sale of $375,000 will yield a commission of $13,125 at 3.5%.
