We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for families and staff. Responsibilities:
- Greet Families with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere
- Candidates must have adequate time management skills, organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail, and be open to learning new strategies and systems.
- Provide prospective families with information or literature describing the preschool program.
- Include professionally printed literature from corporate office such as folders, brochures, etc.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Prepare communications, reports and other correspondence.
- Front Desk must be able to react quickly with sound judgment and problem-solving skills in complex and critical situations, such as injuries.
- Front Desk must use excellent verbal and written communication skills with parents, children, and staff.
- Must be capable of lifting, carrying, and holding children in accordance with local state requirements and be able to help with staffing ratios.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding children and families.
- Social media management platforms and search engine optimization techniques
- Demonstrated excellence in writing.
- Front Desk will need understanding or the principles of child development and educational methods.
- Clear understanding of health and safety guidelines for classrooms
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and creatively.
- Front Desk must be eager to learn from challenges desire to develop a long-term professional career.
Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Childcare Industry
License/Certification:
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred not required )
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred not required )
