Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional guest services. This is a key leadership role in our hospitality establishment.
Duties:
- Manage all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff
Skills:
- Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of night audit procedures (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
