Studio Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Studio Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating clients, managing the flow of clients, managing the schedule and class books, checking members in and out, selling memberships and packages, providing an empowering and uplifting environment for classes, maintaining operational standards, and handling payroll and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on the benefits of EMS and our fitness program.
- Manage the flow of clients, ensuring that all members receive a warm welcomeand timely service.
- Manage the schedule and class books, ensuring that classes are properly booked and scheduled.
- Check members in and out, ensuring that all paperwork and billing is handled accurately and efficiently.
- Sell memberships and packages, promoting the benefits of our services and ensuring that members are informed about our pricing and plans.
- Provide an empowering and uplifting environment for classes, helping members achieve their fitness goals and encouraging them to push beyond their limits.
- Maintain operational standards for the studio, ensuring that equipment is in good working order and properly sanitized after each use.
- Handle payroll and HR functions, ensuring that staff are properly compensated,and all HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage terminations and write-ups, ensuring that staff performance issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure month-over-month growth in key KPIs.
Requirements:
- Five years management experience.
- Two years fitness management experience.
- Personal Trainer certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizationalskills.
- Sales experience, with the ability to promote and sell memberships and packages.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with experience handling payroll and terminations.
- Certification as an EMS Fitness Coach or willingness to obtain certification.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a strong commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle.
