CONSTRUCTION office experience needed.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Act as a personal assistant to management for various tasks
- Basic office work, answering telephones, receive material orders, sort incoming and outgoing mail.
- Research and Survey Suppliers/Vendors
- Follow up on long lead items orders and cross reference with job schedule.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is a plus
