Concept Connections: Clinical Director Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree required.
- BCBA credential required (minimum of 2 years).
- LBA license required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and first aid certifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain crisis prevention certification as assigned by Concept Connections
- Follow supervision requirements as outlined by the BACB, including maintaining credentials.
BCBA CLINICAL DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for clinical oversight of all clients in the center.
- Ensure that all authorization paperwork and assessments are up to date, reviewed, and submitted promptly.
- Supervise and support all staff in the clinic clinically, operationally, and professionally.
- Manage the achievement objectives for clinic regarding operations, finance, clinical matters, and strategic growth.
- Maintain a caseload totaling at least 20 hours per week.
