Position Summary:
As a Tippi Toe’s Franchise Sales Coordinator, you will oversee the sales strategy for adding new school/childcare centers within a Franchise territory. Responsibilities include developing key relationships within communities to increase brand identity, generating leads, and a developing a plan to target local schools and daycare centers. This position will work closely with the Franchise Owner to review territory and focus on pockets where opportunities exist to add new schools and childcare centers. From the first sale to the start of classes, the Sales Coordinator is a relationship builder, performing cold calls, sending out flyers about the Tippi Toes program, and meeting with decision makers to review the value of the program. Other responsibilities include working on contracts, negotiations, participating in school open houses, and planning demonstration days to familiarize families and schools with what Tippi Toes has to offer. The Franchise Sales coordinator partners closely with the Franchise Program Manager (where applicable) to ensure teachers are prepared to hold classes as new schools/enrollment is added. This position reports to the Franchise Owner.
Position Responsibilities:
· Oversees the new school/childcare acquisition strategy for the Franchise
· Has a clear understanding of the Tippi Toes brand and able to communicate value
· Identifies new prospective schools/childcare centers through sourcing within communities and work with Franchise Owner
· Plans initial cold calls, and invests dedicated time to ensure all leads are followed up on
· Focuses on relationship building and forging long term partnerships with schools and daycare representatives
· Able to manage multiple leads at once, and regularly adds new school/childcare accounts
· Prepares presentations focused on the advantages and benefits of bringing in Tippi Toes program to new schools and daycare centers
· Schedules meetings with prospective schools/childcare center decision makers, and oversees entire sale and closing process
· Attends school open houses and other school events to market the Tippi Toes program and add new enrollments
· Coordinates demonstration days to familiarize schools and parents with the Tippi Toes brand and program content
· Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets as assigned
· Seeks out and leads efforts to build revenue outside of regular enrollment: parties, camps, etc.
· Collaborate closely with the Franchise Owner to maximize business opportunities, continually improve processes, makes recommendations, and track performance/outcome
· Develops close partnership with the Franchise Manager (where applicable) to ensure preparedness for classes as new schools/enrollment are added
· Represents Tippi Toes by upholding the company mission, vision, and values through all interactions
Position Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years in a selling environment, Franchise background preferred
· Must have proven computer skills and be internet savvy
· Experience in community outreach and sales lead generation
· Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
· Travel within Franchise territory as required
