SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician will maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse and manufacturing equipment to distribute and manufacture high quality product in a safe, repeatable and cost-effective manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:

Inspect and repair manufacturing machinery, equipment, buildings and systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

Perform routine cleaning and lubricating of equipment for manufacturing, distribution and buildings.

Complete work orders in a timely manner per the maintenance work order tracker.

Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms and fire extinguishers.

Performing grounds maintenance such as repair/upgrades to lighting, sprinklers, doors, etc.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair issues reported by local leadership.

Maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively.

Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Coordinate with internal leadership to ensure equipment is released to production in a safe and timely manner.

Continuously improve the safety and effectiveness of company equipment, as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned to support the organization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school degree

At least 5-7 years related maintenance experience.

Experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic required.

Ability to organize time and work schedule based on work order priorities
-
Automation maintenance experience a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in email.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and understand prints.
