Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to secure maintenance contracts with commercial real estate management companies and big box retail stores across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the commercial real estate and big-box retail sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Present and promote the full range of services offered by American Standard Services, including facility maintenance and construction solutions.
- Negotiate and close maintenance contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the commercial real estate or retail sectors.
- Strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with the potential for earnings exceeding $400,000 per year. A draw on commission is available to support the successful candidate in achieving their sales targets.
