EisnerAmper is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) Treasury team. This role is able to sit in our New York, NY, Iselin, NJ, or Melville, NY offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Recording/Typing in data provided directly from fund accounting teams into various accounting systems
Wire Transfer Initiation through various banking platforms
Running reports from various accounting systems and banking platforms
Processing 1099 Forms
Update existing data in various electronic forms including excel and supporting programs
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of data without mistakes
Maintaining accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or equivalent field
1-2 years of experience in AP environment
Experience using MRI, Yardi, and/or QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between $52,167.00 and $78,249.60. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
