Our client's Global Content Distribution is seeking a skilled Production Designer to join their dynamic team!
As a Production Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating visual concepts that support the marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, expert knowledge of current design software, and a thorough understanding of branding, marketing, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and brainstorm with the creative services team to design concepts that connect with clients.
- Work on a wide range of projects, including sell sheets, high-end visual presentations, trade show marketing, and custom signage.
- Gather input from Marketing leads to ensure the design direction meets organizational standards and delivers on brand expectations.
- Update and maintain internal databases – Airtable experience is a plus.
- Utilize your expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; print production skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- AS/AA degree minimum required, in Graphic Design, or Creative field.
- Detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of the graphic design process
- High level of design skill, self-motivation, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexible attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all team members
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to shifting objectives.
- Studio/Entertainment experience required.
- Software Experience:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Airtable, Keynote
