Regional Clinical Coordinator (RCC)
CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and children healthy. Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Regional Clinical Coordinator is a key contributor to the clinical functions of CRH Healthcare. Responsibilities:
Regional Clinical Coordinator serves as a resource to their Regional Director of Operations on all matters clinical and supports the training and development of the clinical staff for their assigned regional territory.
Leadership Roles:
- Ensure all team members are performing duties within their scope as determined by CRH Healthcare.
- Serve as a resource for clinical staff members.
- Serve as a resource to cover full/partial shifts for callouts or sudden spikes in volume when available (Schedule 360 access).
- Assist RDO with interviewing candidates and to ensure quality standard is maintained.
- Maintain positive culture in each assigned center.
- Facilitate all new and ongoing best practices for all clinical staff distributed by Operations and Training Departments.
- Interprets and enforces corporate policies and procedures to employees, patients, visitors, government agencies, etc.
- Assumes the key leadership role in mentorship and education to the center clinical staff to ensure competency for position responsibilities, professional development, and retention.
- Check and respond to company email daily.
Center Roles:
- Maintain and ensure inventory is organized and regularly assessed at assigned center. (LabCorp, Quest, HT/AIT, McKesson, and Minibar, where applicable)
- Schedule equipment maintenance, including lab equipment and fire extinguishers (vendors determined by Corporate)
- Maintains calibration logs/records of laboratory and center equipment. (Audiometer, BAT, Spirometry and Xray Records to be maintained for 3 years)
- Maintains and sends weekly workplan providing written and oral reports/recommendations to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) concerning the clinical challenges, equipment/supply/facility needs, workflow trends and training needs of the center.
- Review and resolve patient surveys from Patient Bond for assigned centers while reporting relevant concerns with the RDO. Using data collected to identify trends related to center operations and assist RDO with action items/solutions.
- Conducts chart audits and facilitates staff and center specific training as necessary.
- Conducts center audits using the audit tool to ensure ongoing progress of clinical operations goals and improvement plans.
- Review center plan of corrections for all deficiencies noted during audit tool to assist the center to develop appropriate plans of corrections to meet the needs.
Clinical Role
- Assist RDO to ensure training for new clinical employees takes place according to Training Department plan.
- Maintains clinical staff record spreadsheet.
- Sets up clinical logins for State reporting agencies for vaccines and MiniBar (if applicable).
- Sets up First Coast logins and maintains inventory.
- Ensures Patient Bond clinical call back training.
- Maintains Train the Trainer certification for Occupational Health.
- Ensures DOT training and performs mock exam process for all staff, to be completed at 30 days.
- Attends mandatory meetings.
- Maintains professional relationships with other regions' clinical leads to review best practices & updates.
Requirements:
- Proof of high school diploma.
- Proof of completion of accredited clinical program with valid certification or license.
- 2 year minimum of medical assisting, EMT or LPN experience.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology.
- Proof of BLS/CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation to commute to assigned regional offices.
- Must be willing to learn.
- Must have to have all DOT, BAT, Psychomedics, Xray Safety (if applicable) completed.
- Ability to work all shifts including day, night, and weekend hours as needed.
- Ability to escort or transport patient by wheelchair or stretcher when appropriate.
