As a Client Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to build community relationships by utilizing your marketing and public relations skills, support our caregivers in delivering one-on-one care that enhances the quality of life of our clients and their families in the Greater Chicagoland area. This position is responsible for arranging uninterrupted continuing care for our clients. The Client Care Coordinator organizes family resources to provide an engaged, extraordinary service for Seniors, while achieving consistent growth for our office.
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for managing the client experience from setting up new client/care to maintaining a high level of care. The role of the Client Care Coordinator primary focus is developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external referral sources, prospective clients, existing clients and potentially returning clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with people from diverse and varied backgrounds and education levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
- Previous sales experience is a plus.

Position Physical Demands:
Walking, sitting, and standing with lifting not expected to exceed 25 pounds in weight. Extended time at a computer work screen and on the telephone. Office and field work required.
