Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to gerontology, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management and lifestyle changes.
- Perform routine check-ups, administer vaccinations, and provide health education and counseling.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
- Utilize ICD-10 coding and electronic health records to document patient information.
- Provide discharge planning and instruction to patients and their families.
- Participate in the care of geriatric patients, including those with complex needs and comorbidities.
- Manage and perform esthetic laser treatments as needed.
- Lift and move patients, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent.
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the position is located.
- Experience working in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and ICD-10 coding.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with senior care and acute care.
- Familiarity with discharge planning and the ability to coordinate care.
- Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments and lift patients and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,802.00 - $125,000.00 per year
