Assistant
Duties:
- Contact potential clients to expand their own customer base.
- Interview prospective clients to get information about their financial situation and discuss existing coverage.
- Analyze clients' current policies and suggest additions or other changes.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.
- Handle scheduling, emails, phone calls, setting up meetings and screening visitors.
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Follows up with customers and makes sure that person is 100% satisfied.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
Must be organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
