Zenith Behavioral Health is an Adolescent Residential Treatment Center dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care for teens struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. Our mission is to empower young individuals and their families to achieve lasting recovery and wellness through innovative, evidence-based treatment programs.
POSITION SUMMARY
Zenith is seeking a dynamic and engaging Group Facilitator and support for the Clinical Team. Our program teaches skills using DBT, CBT and ACT models and has a strong focus on skills building and like skills. Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build a solid Clinical skill set as well as a passion for healing young people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Provides interactive groups for adolescent boys and girls, in a residential based setting
- Maintains and performs an acceptable standard level of care in documentation compliance with regulatory guidelines, and regulations

Conducts clinically appropriate screenings, assessments, and develops treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team

Attend weekly team meetings, clinical consultation and administrative meetings as required

Maintains and manages patient contact daily in accordance with the clinical program schedules and supports the Primary Therapist role

Applies critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills as required for job performance

Works independently and maintains effective communication with immediate clinical manager and team members

Demonstrates exceptional customer service, in every level of service provided by placing the patient first

Completes all assigned training in a timely manner and ensures completion compliance requirements are met

Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field required

Excellent communication, assessment, evaluation, and interpretation skills.

Teaching or training skills helpful
-
Understanding of, or ability to understand, DSM-V methodology.

Experience in a healthcare field or inpatient psychiatric experience preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Level I AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card will be obtained and must be able to pass required clearances and background checks

Must be able to display proficient oral and written communication skills.
