We are seeking a proactive and organized Telesales Specialist to join our team. This remote role involves managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs.
- Prepare and process client-related documents and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor client account activities and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Support the sales team with information and documentation for client proposals.
- Assist in developing client retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in account management or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
