We are looking for an organized and personable individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Spa Reservations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively selling Spa services and experiences through the call center. Your main duties will include creating, modifying, or canceling Spa reservations and entering reservation data into our department programs while ensuring our service standards are met. This position offers flexible schedule options, including a variety of shift start times and a hybrid work model. Computer knowledge is required, and prior experience in a Spa or Hotel setting is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell Spa services and experiences through the call center.
- Create, modify, or cancel Spa reservations as needed.
- Enter reservation data accurately into our department programs.
- Ensure that our service standards are maintained during all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with other Spa team members to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with information on spa packages, promotions, and services to effectively promote and upsell to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our spa facilities, amenities, and special offerings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a Spa or Hotel setting is preferred, but not required.
