OBJECTIVE
To be professional, safe, patient and an attentive chauffeur at all times. Make sure the vehicle you are driving is clean and in good working order before leaving the office. Take pride in yourself and stay nicely groomed. Suit, shirt and shoes are always clean. The AJL Chauffeur needs to always not only be a good representation for the company, but also take pride in him/herself.
QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient communication skills

Able and willing to provide courteous customer service

Knowledge of street and geographic area around the drop off/pick up location

Ability to read and understand GPS mapping

Familiarity with electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets

Able to make sound and quick decisions

Punctual, demonstrating dependable attendance patterns

Arrive well rested and alert when reporting for duty

Maintain a clean and polished appearance
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Inspect vehicle for any imperfections and check gas before departure
-
Arrive at the client’s location on time
-
Carefully load and unload passenger baggage
-
Assist passengers when entering and exiting the car
-
Comply with traffic laws, placing the client’s safety above all else
-
Regulates lighting, and ventilating systems for the client’s comfort
-
Keep open communication with dispatch
-
File necessary reports regarding delays or accidents
-
Maintain accurate log books daily
-
Fill out a vehicle report at the end of each day/per car used (8 pax vehicle or more)
REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid Texas CDL license
-
Must have a current certificate of endorsement
-
Must have a clean driving record
-
Must pass a pre-employment drug test, and any random drug test

Must have or obtain City of Dallas permit.

Able to lift baggage up to 50lbs.

Long periods of sitting while operating a vehicle

Able to stand for long periods of time
