Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a IT Support Specialist to join the Admin team! The successful candidate will respond, troubleshoot, and evaluate hardware and software issues for our various properties and utilizes their knowledge and client service skills to efficiently assist employees with various technical challenges to allow all individuals and teams to work as efficiently and successfully as possible.
Pay: $28.50- $29.00

Main Responsibilities:

Provide on-site end user support of hardware and software applications, PCs, connectivity/networks, mobile devices, phone systems, printers, and other office technology.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal clients to learn requirements, technical goals and collaborate to formulate solutions.

Minimize down-time by responding to and resolving computer hardware and software issues, outsourcing as needed.
- Properly organize and track details related to IT Support issues and requests

Deliver, install, upgrade, and configure computer systems and applications at various properties.
- Provide technical training to individuals and groups to ensure highest level of technical ability and success.
- Place orders and maintain inventory of company computers and technical equipment.
- Create, improve and maintain IT processes, including recovery and safeguarding of IT equipment.
- Perform core IT security functions to minimize or eliminate vulnerability risks.
- Track and maintain copies of software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and IT vendor contracts.
- Assist with projects and device lifecycle management including orders, equipment reassignments, and responsible disposal.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years direct work experience in IT support services
- A+, Network+, Security+ or related certifications helpful but not required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
