ABM Industries is seeking for Electronics Technicians to join our Electrical Solutions team.
Pay: $36.00-$40.00 hourly.
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Primary Position Description:
The Electronics Technician has basic electronic troubleshooting skills. Has a proficiency using electrical testing equipment. Has strong computer skills and has the acumen to apply him or herself to manufacturer specific training. The electronics technician can coordinate with manufacturers technical team and take direction to rapidly remedy the problem with a variety of electrical equipment. Strong communication skills are a necessity. The ability to provide a detailed work order report both in written form and with photographs to explain the problem and the resolution.
The Electronics Technician will have the highest regard for safety and will follow the strict safety standard required by ABM.
Key experience includes:
- Experience with electronics billboards such as Daktronics
- Experience with Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations such as ChargePoint, ABB, BTC, FreeWire and others.
- A basic understanding of line voltage electrical (120V, 208V, 277V, & 480V)
- Strong knowledge low voltage 12V & 24V)
- Ability to understand DC voltages and modern battery technology (i.e. Lithium Ion)
- Must hold an active California Driver’s License.
- Must have the availability to work nights and weekends as required.
