SUMMARY
Partner and collaborate with business unit teams to build and implement integrated marketing strategies, manage projects and develop data and analytic reporting structures in alignment with department goals and objectives. This role leads the partner marketing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Conducts market research to find insights about customer requirements, habits and trends; analyzes market data to shape future marketing strategies.
- Oversees outbound or inbound marketing activities including content development and optimization, advertising and event planning.
- Develops, tracks and measures strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develops and creates marketing materials including sales and product collateral; ensures brand guidelines are met.
- Writes, proofreads and edits creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Collaborates with social/digital media staff to generate content ideas which support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
- Plans and executes initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
- Maintains frequent and consistent communication with internal departments to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of needs, issues and opportunities.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with team on content development and optimization across channels, including but not limited to web, social media, events
- Drives operational activities and requests, including resourcing, reporting, annual planning, and leadership presentations.

Lead and/or guide the work of other employees.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, public relations, or related field and 7 to 10 years of advertising and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 7 years of account management experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; must be results oriented.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Advanced knowledge of B2B/B2C marketing programs and practices, including advertising, media and social media.

- Ability to ask probing questions; clarify and confirm responses to ensure complete understanding.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
