Job Summary:
HPP Food Services is a leading food and beverage manufacturing company in southern California. We have an amazing opportunity for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team .
Essential Duties:
- Coordination of samples and customer presentations.
- Works directly with Sales Representatives. Responsible for all sample requests required by sales representatives and customers. Must know all current product and pricing for each customer.
- Maintains and updates brand and private label product Lists.
- Coordination and shipping of samples.
- Power Point creation for new account presentations.
- Administrative Assistant to COO and CEO.
- Works directly with the outside Sales Representative on all Price lists, Product Fact Sheets along with our customers. Communicates all item information including providing any Product Certificates, Lab Reports and necessary set-up documents for item set up.
- Updates and sends PSA information to customers and reviews company websites for potential new customer leads.
- Potential new customer meeting set up.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word
- 2 plus years of work experience
- Strong time management and Organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail required
- Works well under pressure
- Willingness to take on new projects
- Good relational skills
