Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide customer assistance in a showroom environment and handle customer inquiries and scheduling. They will also provide administrative assistance and assist with various office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Assist customers with various design aspects
- Keep showroom clean, organized and tidy
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with organizing events and projects
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Skills:
- Computer Proficient
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Willing and able to problem solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
