Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide top-notch clerical, administrative, and secretarial support.

Report Preparation: Assist in creating and preparing detailed reports. Log, track, and prepare information for reporting, ensuring data confidentiality.

Meeting Coordination: Take meticulous meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant personnel.

Organizational Guru: Maintain filing systems, coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings for leadership.
- Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, ensuring all trips are seamless and stress-free.

Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, ensuring every detail aligns with our leader’s vision.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks and errands that keep you engaged and on the move. From arranging personal appointments to managing household tasks and projects, your assistance will extend beyond the typical office environment.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; an Associate's degree is a plus.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience providing administrative support to high-level executives.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
