We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (DON), RN to join a prominent Long Term Care facility near Browning, MT.
As a Director of Nursing, RN you will play a vital role in providing oversight for comprehensive nursing care to residents. You will implement care plans, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents on a daily basis.

Compensation For Registered Nurse (RN):
· Total Travel Package: $2,232
· Weekly Pay- Direct Deposit Every Friday while on Assignment

Requirements for Director of Nursing/ DON:
- Active (Montana), or Compact Registered Nurse, RN
- 1-2+ Year Experience in Long Term Care Setting
- MUST be COVID Vaccinated or Provide Medical/Religious Exemption
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing staff and operations within the facility
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and other regulatory standards
- Supervise nursing personnel and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Manage nursing schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Utilize medical terminology and systems effectively in daily operations
Skills:
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in diverse healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of shift management and staffing procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
