Priority Communications, an inbound call center, is seeking full time and part time customer service agents to add to our growing team. We serve a variety of medical, commercial, government, and industrial clients in our convenient West Knoxville location. Due to our continued growth, we have afternoon, evening and overnight positions available.
Responsibilities:
· Greet callers in a professional and courteous manner
· Document the purpose of the call
· Obtain appropriate information from the caller
· Dispatch urgent and time sensitive information to on call personnel
· Weekend and holiday rotations are required
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of customer service experience preferred
- Must type at least 40wpm
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays
