We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Duties:**
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support operations
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming emails, and correspondence
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
-Understand and know how to operate Zoom Meetings
**Experience:**
- Entry Level - Training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
