Our next Sales Executive will enjoy the luxury of hundreds of warm leads that funnel through our website and advertising. That said, the hard charger we’re seeking doesn’t sit around waiting for the phone to ring or inbox to ding. They know how to make serious money, they have to have a hit list and get after it. Prioritizing opportunities and juggling dozens of touchpoints at once will be paramount. Activities drive outcomes and follow-through is key.

Real Estate industry experience with a specialized background in investment properties or wholesaling highly preferred. We’ll train the right high-performance Sales Executive in the world of hard money lending. Our standards are high, but so is the earning potential. Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with local and national Wholesalers, Real Estate Agents and Brokers, Mortgage Brokers, Finance Brokers and individual investors
- Create and maintain a network of prospective business partners while cultivating long-term relationships
- Review and qualify inbound leads
- Generate new business with creative and strategic outbound prospecting
- Develop and deliver clear and compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with leadership team to create day to day efficiencies to increase business
- Target certain networking events, meet-up groups, conferences, seminars and more
- Consistent follow-up with prospective and current clients anticipating the client needs through proactive outreach
Qualifications
- Possess previous outside sales experience with verifiable track record Preferably in the Mortgage or Real Estate Industry
- Self-motivator, confident, dynamic, energetic, and ready to learn and grow.
- At least 2 years of inside phone sales experience preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Natural negotiator and deal maker
- Must be computer proficient (Excel, Word, PDF, Google Drive, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Realtors, Wholesalers, Underwriters to ensure seamless transactions and oversee all customer interactions
- Motivated to create own sphere of business to generate profits and maximize earning potential!

Compensation:
- Base Salary $30,000 + Uncapped Commission Paid out Monthly.
