*Who You Are:*
The *Production Coordinator *will be the primary point between the Audio team, Media team, and other departments at the organization. You’ll have superb project management skills and the ability to iterate quickly and manage constantly shifting priorities and deadlines.
You’ll have an eye for detail and aesthetic and a working knowledge of audio and media (video) production terminology. You’ll manage all areas of project coordination and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistency in our content and our processes.

*What You'll Do:*
* Coordinate and execute administrative and organizational work, including working cross-functionally with team members, departments, and affiliated companies
* Manage, coordinate, and track projects and administration needs for the Audio Team, and Media Team as needed
* Manage multiple, multi-faceted projects simultaneously while being responsible for tracking project status and project timelines, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key reviews, and ensuring smooth workflows
* Ensure project folders and files are created, managed, and follow standard naming conventions
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution and completion of projects
* Maintain and manage logistics and calendar for the Audio team and Media Team
* Work collaboratively with other departments and team members
* Create necessary tasks as per a direct request from the group lead or the team lead
* Make sure the team is submitting the tasks for review on the due date and check with them that all requests have been done
* Identify necessary action items for project coordination and translate plans to proper project management tasks lists in a timely manner
* Lead, coordinate, and execute special assignments and projects as assigned
* Utilize various platforms (e.g. Google, Egnyte, Iconik, Guru, Slack, Teamwork Projects, Airtable, CRM databases) to plan, schedule, monitor, and complete projects
* Research and produce reports, documents, and general correspondence
* Respond to requests from supervisor or other Company employees in a timely and professional manner
* Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned (including, but not limited to, participating in training demos, videos, behind-the-scenes/promotional videos, recordings, off-site and internal and experiences)
*What You’ll Bring:*
* 3+ years of project management and coordination experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Previous experience or a working knowledge of Audio/Video production workflows
* Keen eye for detail
* Excellent typing and note taking skills
* Creative writing skills
* Superior organizational and communication skills
* Able to tackle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience in decisive decision making and ownership of projects
* Exposure to establishing, maintaining and improving workflows and processes
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple teams on tasks with conflicting deadlines and priorities
* Experience with OTT management (like Hulu) and Media Asset Management is a plus
* Writing SEO for media is also a plus
* Prior experience in vendor management
*Physical Requirements/Work Environment:*
* Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and working on a computer
* Bend and Lift up to 50 lbs. of audio and video gear
