Prestige Toyota-NY is seeking a Customer Service Representatives for our Business Development Center.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Respond to internet leads, scheduling service appointments, making outbound calls and contacting customers based on marketing initiatives
Utilize detailed scripts to address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturing objectives
Gather and track all customer data as directed and accurately key in BDC database
Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management/procedures
Work in close proximity with other Service BDC Reps in a team based environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication, both written and oral
Computer literacy, time management and organizational skills preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
Previous Call Center experience is a plus, automotive experience is not required.
Prestige Automobiles has faithfully served the Hudson Valley for years and is both a Toyota and Hyundai Dealership.
This position is hourly with incentives and goals that are obtainable.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license
