Job Overview:
As the Office Manager of our entertainment center, you will be responsible for overseeing
administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the
office. Your role will involve managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating with various
departments, and supporting the management team. This job description outlines the primary
responsibilities and qualifications required for the position.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team,
including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
2. Office Operations: Manage the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office
supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring office equipment is in good
working condition.
3. Staff Coordination: Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments for staff members,
ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
4. Financial Support: Work closely with the finance department to assist with budget tracking,
invoicing, and expense reconciliation.
5. Human Resources Support: Assist the HR department with onboarding new employees,
maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training and development programs.
6. Customer Service: Greet visitors and customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent
customer service to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
7. Vendor and Supplier Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery
of goods and services, and maintaining positive relationships.
8. Event Coordination: Support the events team in planning and organizing special events,
parties, and promotions held at the entertainment center.
9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems to
ensure easy retrieval of information.
10. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,
promoting a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
